The Logan is a collection of four fully equipped apartments arranged around a tropical dipping pool and lush gardens. It’s an ideal setup for a relaxing getaway for two, or you can reserve multiple units to enjoy the space with family, friends, or a wedding group.

 

Our goal is to provide everything you need for a comfortable, easy stay. As with any vacation rental, occasional issues can come up—but our responsive management team is always ready to help.

Located at the end of a local road right near downtown, the property puts you within easy walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shops. You’ll be close to everything Sámara has to offer, and many guests find there’s no need for a car. Being so central, you may hear some traffic and town activity at times—part of the tradeoff for such a convenient location.

Each apartment features one bedroom plus a living room with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four adults comfortably.

We provide a starter supply of essentials, including cleaning products, trash bags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a few rolls of toilet paper. Once these are used, guests are responsible for replenishing their own supplies.

For longer stays, one complimentary cleaning is available upon request after two weeks.

 

Additional cleanings can be arranged for $25 USD. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. If you have a special request, run it by our property manager and they'll see what they can do.

Each apartment is equipped with its own dedicated high-speed Wi-Fi access point (dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with MU-MIMO for reliable connectivity), as well as a TV with a Roku or Fire Stick for easy streaming.
